So right now I'm feeling very low on energy. Often it gets to the point where I feel very dizzy if I stand up for a short amount of time. During these times I often take a nap and I'll feel better. Right now my sister wants me to walk the dogs with her, I really don't want to because of how I feel, I just want to lie down.
I was feeling fine just a second ago.
Darn body or whatever.
I don't eat a lot of junk. Yesterday I only had a candy small (a small bar) and a bag of natural chips. Today I didn't have any junk besides just now, which was a tiny plate with a few pieces of chips on it.
I think I may not be getting the nutrients my body needs. I want some fruit .__.

Your blood sugar could be low or blood pressure. If it's bllod pressure, add a little salt to your diet. Blood sugar: eat something sweet to see if that does the trick. Your body talks to you and tells you what you need. This was my problem growing up. Mine was blood pressure being low. Hope that helps. :)
ReplyDeleteYeah I probably need some salt. Haven't had salt in a while. But too much sodium gives me chest pain. :/ but it could have been my blood sugar. I drank a glass of orange juice and felt better :)
DeleteAnd I agree our bodies does talk to us. But I feel I'm still learning about my body (even after all these years) and I"m trying to understand what it's telling me.
